Citizens for Foreign Aid Reform (C-FAR) is a group of
free thinking Canadians. Most of us would call ourselves populists. C-FAR
was founded back in 1979. We strongly believe in the idea of majority rule
and are concerned that on key issues -- from capital punishment to immigration
-- Canada's ruling elite arrogantly ignores the will of the majority.
